ok i bought an 88 crx si for 200$ not running so far ive replaced the dizzy the main relay clickes and im geting fuel to the rail but NO SPARK.aNY IDEAS WHY THE PLUGS WOULD NOT FIRE? thanks

 

well, if the plugs wont fire and the dizzy's been replaced, try replacing the spark plug wires and the plugs as well.

 

my cars doing the same **** right now, stock ls turbo but wont even fuckn start with a stock pm6 and injectors.

 

ive trid diffrent plugs and wires thats not it its getten no spark at all. Should the light on the ecu blink at all when the key is turned on?Im thinken the ecu is dead.

 

is the check engine light on? is the ECU throwing any codes?

the CEL should come on when the key is first turned the "ON" position for 5 seconds or so then go out. If you are not getting a CEL at all a wire at the ecu harness to the dash is either cut or disconnected.

as for the $200 crx not starting. You're not giving enough info. Is it turning over at all? do all of the lights on the dash come on when the key is turned on? have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you traced out any of the wires going to the distributor? if so, where do they go?

a helms manual would be great for you right now

Hell, I bought a crx si one time for $300 with the head totally taken apart, all the vacuum lines were in a box, and the throttle body was sitting in the passenger's side floor board. I sprayed choke cleaner on EVERYTHING and put it all back together with a helms and it started right up with a fresh battery.

Then I turned around and sold it for a $1000
