ACCORD LIGHT
HID kits ARE illegal. You can try PIAA or silverstar bulbs, but the best light output i've ever gotten (and it's still stock halogen color) came from HiR bulbs, I did the 9005-9006 conversion and got a shitload of light output. I have a threadon HiR in the accord section somewheres if you search.

Blue is the worst light in the entire spectrum. I'll tell you why. I had a set of Nokya blues installed on my 91 accord. I was driving at night w/ my dad and even I had to ask him if my lights were on. I flicked the switch on then off to make sure. Sure enough, they were on and I didn't even know. That being said, go with white or yellow.
Blue is teh worst for glare, red is the best. Since you cant have red headlights, whatever is closer to red in teh spectrum is better. Thats why you stick with something close to stock color, unless youre talking about HIDs, which should stay around 4000-4300k
alright here is the description of the ones im looking at, how do they sound, will the light be better than stock?

At least in CA, white or yellow are legal. I've been running yellow in my low and highs (and fogs in my old car) for a few years. Yellow gives better light for contrast.
The thing is, these aftermarket projectors are bad for light output, no matter what you get it's worse. Unless you do a projector retrofit from HID and use HID bulbs, it's pretty worthless.
