you will have to change the T/B to ITR one as the ITR ECU wont recognise the secondary runners on the GSR's inlet manifold, plus VTEC engagement is at 5700rpm, whereas the GSR crosses over at 4400rpm, so all in all stick with the GSR ECU and get it chipped to your own specifications

i belive he meant upgrade to SKunk2 manifold which is a single butterfly intake (not a dual stage).
insetead of chipping your obdII ecu ($$$) or going with ITR (which need the imobilizer taken off, go with a harness converter + obdI ecu
