Honda CBR 600 F4
I recently purchased a Honda CBR 600 F4. This isn't my first bike, but it is my first bike of this size. I'm having trouble in one area and that is the right hand turns. I make them to wide. Any practice tips?

just practice
. turn and lean. also, try to keep it in a lower gear at higher revs when entering the corner. i learned from my friends mistake where he entered a right turn at too high of a gear and the rpms dropped too low and the bike stalled out while in the turn and he fell over. don't be like that

Thanks. I've been doing that, but obviously not *enough*. My body seems to fight my lean and forces me to pull back a little. I can do the turn, but like I said it is very wide. I have not even taken this one into the city because my turns on it are just not good enough and I don't want to be unsafe to myself or anyone else. I practiced tonight for about an hour and I am getting better, but I've seen people on this size of bike turn on a dime.
Also, how do I get rid of that "trial" red text thingy? Do I need to do something?

I took the MSF some time ago, but as I said this bike is a tad different. I just got back in from doing some turning and it is getting easier. I can now do u-turns on it pretty easy both left and right. I think it just took some getting use to a larger bike.

Thanks. The size was getting to me. I had a 250 for a few years and I'm only 5'6" 130lbs (27 yrs old to boot), but yesterday and so far today and just took control of the bike and moved it around. I was letting the bike drive me for a few days. My wife and kids sat out and watched me today do some turns and said I'm doing much better and that I look like I'm in control more. Well, back to practice!

Leaning really does pretty much nothing in terms of just turning the bike itself. Its all in the counter-steer. Get some speed and put yer hands on the tank and try and lean, they bike will barely move.
