i have a 97 accord se. and when i turn right (thats the turn where it first started) it started to make a clicking sound.. CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK most likely it is the cv joints.. thats whats wrong with mine.. it is now doing it on the left side
CV (Constant Velocity) Joint boot failed, throwing grease (that's the "S..T you refer to) and allowing dirt into the joint.
Quickest recourse? buy a repalcement axle assembly from Auto Zone (or other) and install it.

definately the cv joint. i would recomend honda refabs over autozone, discount auto part ones. if u here a clicking noise and there is grenish greese all over the place its the cv boot broke and now ur cv joint is housed.

very easy to replace....just go buy a galvanized 6' pipe from home depot and attached it to the end of your breaker bar while tryign to loosen that big rotor nut..lol...and pop the axle off your tranny with a medium sized flat head screw driver

take your car to the shop to get it diagnosised. Next say thank you. Do a search on Google about how to change ???? and do it yourself.
If you get sketchy then you can have your mechanic change it.
