Default Decisions decisions...

This might sound like a noobish questions coming from me, but how do you get the check engine light off when running test pipe? In a few weeks my setup will be RMF narrow header, mugen twin loop. The way the RMF is angled I can't run a cat so I have to run a flex pipe instead and just have a piece welded on to go to the existing catback. Will I have to tune with that setup, if so what route should I go in, the motor is pretty much stock other than a comptech ice box. I'm also still using OBD-II. Thanks for the help, don't bash on me too much! (Chris F), I rather do it right rather than using my bumper as the tuning indicator lol

Just on a side note; I ran a T1R test pipe for about one month before I got Hondata and I never had a CEL. Fluke maybe*shrug*

Im not exactly running a testpipe, it's just a flex pipe with a pipe welded to the end plus a bung.

I ran a 92-95 obd2 hatch a few years back and did this with no codes. Didnt use the plastic bag though. Just wrapped in aluminum foil and zip tied the sensor to the IM bracket.

a cheaper and easier option compared to hondata is to run the JDM ITR ECU - the P73-00. u can find them for pretty cheap usually and they don't require a secondary O2 sensor, or a VTEC oil pressure switch
