Installed a B16 for someone with the Avid racing mounts. They fit right, as for durability....the car is still running anyway. Been about a year i guess.

HCP EF-18X mount kit. Only mount kit out there made of ultra strong and ultra light high pressure cast aluminum and the only kit that uses polyurethane inserts from Energy Suspension, and has a lifetime warranty. The mounts are stronger than most billet mounts, much lighter than billet mounts, and they're all 1-piece (not 2 billet pieces making up the tranny mount). With mounts like these or Hasport ones, motor position, tranny position, axle alignment and A/C fitment issues are all taken into consideration, as well as hood clearance. Shamless plug: We've had a sale on these for awhile now for $175 shipped

FYI, the 3 major mount kit companies from the 90's (HCP, Hasport, Place Racing) have done their R&D on this time & time again.... well, HCP and Hasport at least, and are the industry leaders and highly recommended for motor mounts.

Everyone else (Enjo, Totum, Avid, Street Import, Yonaka, AZ Race, and any other company from Canada (except for AZ)) have just made copies of copies of copies and have put very little to zero R&D into their mounts. That's why you hear about certain mount kit company mounts looking similar to HCP or Hasport, but fit like ****. Because they're poorly made copies
