Default fuel pressure problem...

allright, car ran great this summer and now problems are starting to come up its a turbo b16a in an 91 hatch, all of a sudden i was driving one day and my car just shut off... like it wouldnt let me give it gas, i was on it full throttle and nothing, and then drove fine, 2 weeks later, it starts then slowly just dies, and then it didnt start period, so i did a tune up, changed the fuel filter, and now my fuel pressure starts at only 20 and slowly goes down till the car just dies again, Please help, not sure what to do now

Same thing happened to me. Yes, its your fuel pump, or some wiring to your pump. I wired up mine to a toggle switch and it works just fine. Ghetto fab, but just fine.
