I friend brought me a car that was a shell and had me build it up for him its a 96 civic ex but had nothin i got him a jdm b16 swap and am know doin the wiring but im confused. He got me 2 civic ex wiring harness's he bought one that came with a p2t that said it was for a si but both say auto on the harness. The one harness has 2 plugs by the drivers side firewall and the other has i plug. The car only has one plug coming out of the firewall. Which one should i use ??? aslo the one that has 2 plugs by the firewall has an extra plug by the ecu end??? i am very confused also if i have to use the auto wiring harness do i have to repin the ecu? please help me out i am so close to finishing this project but dont know what to do

there is a usdm p2t that came in the 99-00 si coupe (standard shift only)

and there is the jdm p2t that came in 96-00 ek4 and some other models but they come in standard shift and automatics

 

alright cool so do i have to repin the ecu for the automatic engine harness?
