The clutch on my RSX sounds like a squeaking door
I wanted to post this thread on clubrsx but apparently I don't have enough posts or something.
Basically whenever I push or release the clutch SLOWLY it squeaks really bad. Cluch engagement seems to be unaffected. I top off the brake fluid in the reservoir so I know it isn't that. I remember reading somewhere on crsx that their was a bulletin put out about this being a problem with the slave cylinder but I am unable to find it again. Any insight?

I used white lithium grease for mine. Never made a sound since.

i'm not sure if this would have anything to do with your problem, but in my 98 prelude, i get a squeek/grind noise when engaging the clutch, but this happens like once or twice every few months and i was told it could b my throwout barring. doesn't happen depressing the clutch tho
Its a common problem on 2001+ civics as well. My 04 civic does it. I just turn the music up because apparently theres no fix for it.

There is a fix, depends on where the squeak is for what method to use. Most common (super secret) I know this sounds ridiculous but, jack up the left front of the car(or put it on a lift) take of the left front wheel look into the rear portion of the wheel arch there is a small hole there if you look in it you will see where the clutch line is connected spray a silicone spray in there and if you can plug the hole, there are some updated parts as well but not worth it and not for all of em. trust me spray the silicone in there at where the line can move around spray it all over you wont hurt it, try it and let me know.

I had the same problem. grease up the rod in the interior compartment.

my bad the problem related to the slave cylinder is for the clicking noise in the clutch, which I have by the way
Read above post of mine, the other casuse is more rarely the actual pedal assembly, you can take the whole clutch pedal assy out and grease the pivots, rarely this is the problem and posts keep refering to the clutch slave, its actually the master that causes all the problems on rsx's (noise wise). I wont say what I do for a living but on average I probably work on as many rsx's in a month as you guys take dumps. eh....

had that problem since about 10k in my EP. just recently had my clutch master replaced under warranty. theres a TSB for my car, not sure if acura has one too but our cars are very similar and yours is an 02 just like mine.
