Default 1999 Accord motor flexing

Hi, I have a 1999 Accord LX 4cyl 5spd and after having my timing belt and water pump changed I noticed that when I put the car in reverse and back up really fast it sounds like something is hitting against the firewall or something where I can feel at my feet. I thought it was my front or back mount so I changed both of them with Brand new Honda OEM mounts and the problem is still there. I also notice when I turn on and off my car and watch the engine, that it flexes and shakes really bad. Is it normal for these cars to have the motors flex like this or is something wrong? Could it be my side mounts? Would bad side mounts cause my motor to flex and shake? Thanks in advance.

if you replaced your mounts and it is still flexing I would check the mounting area for damage at the subframe. Also check the subframe to unit body bolts to make sure they are properly tightened

I actually check both of those things and there is nothing wrong with the mounting surfaces or frame. Could it be my side mount?

My friend replaced the timing belt and I checked the mount and everything seems fine.
