and a little over 2 quarts of honda tranny fluid and you'll be good to go.
as far as clutch and pressure plate bolts, those are ok to reuse unless you have some stripped on crossthreaded.
If you're doing the work yourself, a clutch alignment tool will be handy.

thanks for the quick reply, looks like i'll be ordering these parts tomorrow morning.
Always replace not just the throwout/release bearing, but also the pilot bearing located behind the flywheel. You can simply knock it out with a small hammer and gently tap the new one in place. At your mileage, it is also a good idea to replace the rear main seal.
All these parts except the rear main seal should be included in a quality clutch set.

Yes, everyone is right on target. You don't need the bolts. Sounds like you are having the work done? If you had the time, I highly recommend getting your flywheel lightened, or an aluminum one. I love mine. It really helps to get the car reving. The sooner you are in your power band, the faster you are.
The rear main seal is a gasket that is behind the flywheel. REPLACE IT. All of the money you dumped into the clutch could be wasted if your seal begins to leak.

wow, i guess i was on target with the things i listed above. thanks again everybody for the suggestions.
liquidlife- i thought the itr flywheel was already 4~5 lbs lighter than the gsr flywheel. I'm just going to keep it the way i get it to keep the cost down.

If you're talking about the clutch, all B series clutch parts will work with all b series motors.
