Well a buddy of mine totaled his awd turbo talon and said he would sell everything I need for the turbo, but I dont know anything about turbos and I was wondering if I could use that stuff. He said I could have the plumbing, intercooler and all. Oh yeah its a stock turbo setup and I have the F22b1

If you don't know anything about turbos then I wouldn't try and buy a bunch of used parts to install on you accord. While some of the parts could work on your car the manifold, which is one of the most important pieces of the kit wouldn't fit (dsm manifolds only work on the f22a motors) You yould probably end up having to buy your own manifold and downpipe. In addition to that his piping would probably require some fabricating to fit. Like blackfrohatch said also the t25 turbo that comes with dsms is rather small and will not produce much peak power but instead alot of low end power. (which is ok if thats what you want, but most people dont) Make sure you know what your getting into here before you go buying a bunch of used parts.
