w/$1200 budget what would you do to a b16a1?

w/$1200 budget what would you do to a b16a1?
Heres my build up list: ITR cams and valvetrain, skunk2 gears, different ecu and some dyno tuning. Basically I want to hear if I will make good power with this setup or if anyone has any better ideas to make the most power for the money on a all motor b16a.
