Default just got civic type r pistons need some help

As the topic says just got some oem honda civic type r pistons. I am putting them in the car that is in the sig. The motor has very bad compression like 90 in number 1 cylinder so i am doing a rebuild. I was reving to 9500 every once in a while so i am mico polishing and resurfacing the crank and i am getting new main and rod bearings. I got the pistons .25mm oversize so i am boring and honing the cylinders to match. I also got a new gasket kit and a new type r oil pump. I also am changing the seals in the head as well as the new lifters. I am resurfaciing the flywheel and changing from a 6-puck to a new 4-puck. the tranny only has 16000 miles on it since i rebuilt it it shifts pretty clean so thats good. My head was never milled just resurfaced i am not sure how much so i am concerned about clearances-the piston hiting the valves with the stage 2 cams. i am planning on claying the motor to double check it. This is my basic plan

Does anyone have suggestions?? they are very welcome>
Thanks in advance

i will be getting tuned on a wide band o2 sensor so that compression should not be too bad if so i will get a stand alone like microtech and run race gas. This is my weekend racer. I wont be driving it all the time

As soon as you go over 11.5:1 you start pushing things.

There is that fine line that it doesn't even matter where your ignition is, fuel can ignite on it's own, and there is NOTHING you can do about this with your engine management. Putting higher octane is the only solution.
Do not cross that line, you would not enjoy the hassle...
