Default bogging b16a-help...

ok, recently i found water in my spark plug chamber (where the sparkplug wires connect to the spark plug). i found out that it came in from outside the motor (i just got my car painted and they washed underneath the hood and i guess it got in there somehow). anyway, i dried the #4 cylinder as best as i could without taking off any major parts. it seems to drive fine now but i have this problem when i'm cruising-my car seems to stutter a little. its so slight that only the driver notices it. also, when i take the motor past 7500 rpm, the car bogs as if fuel is being cut off. what's the problem? could it be the wires and spark plug? my car was fine before it got painted...and no, i don't think its my head gasket either. should i just get some new spark plugs and spark plug wires? the plugs are only 4-5 months old, and the wires...well they came with my jdm b16a...

Replace the plugas and wires. This may be causing a misfire. Try it and see what happens.
