Need a reputable honda guy in south jersey to fix my car

Idle is fuked up still

replaced iac a year ago.. it fixed the idle for like a week.. then it came back
no vacum leaks
replaced coolant temp sensor
no bubbles in coolant
replaced pcv valve

and i had an auto.. we switched it to stick..

2nd gear pops out..
3rd and 4th seem as if the clutch doesnt catch and u hear the clutch or whatever scrapin the inside.. but not grinding
1st gear grinds sometimes
bogs when u let off the gas
