well i dont have a b series... but my d series non vtec only gets 400 km a tank on a good week... SO just stay out of vtec and baby it if you need to get more out of it.

I'm getting about 260-280 miles per tank max with conservative city driving and 65mph free way driving.

How big are CRX tanks?
Are they smaller than EF hatch tanks?

I get about 375-380km per tank in my hatch with B16A. If I manage to drive under 4000 RPM every gear, I think I can pull off a little over 400km.

I used to get 310-330 miles out of a tank of gas back when I had my B16A3. But keep in mind that a B16A running newer electronics is going to do better than one running the old PR3/PW0.

It's up to how You drive. When I'm using much of Vtec then my B16A1 need's about 11/liter per 100km (=3gal/100km=5,2gal/100miles) , but it's possible to reach 6l/100km (1,6gal/100km=2,6gal/100miles).
If the tank has 42 ilters I would make about 380km (230miles) (much of Vtec )
and 700km(420miles) with grandma-driving-style.
I run 98 octane.

P.S. About 2 months ago I made 640km on 35 liters (380miles/9,2galons) with a 1,6 SOHC Civic 4 gen. but the speed was about 50mph the whole time. It was very hard not to go faster but I wanted to test how low can I go with gas consuption

same here. About 220 a tank of my style driving on 91. But whenever I fill up it only takes 9.5 gallons, so i think my gauge may be a little off.

i used to get about 450miles per tank in my HF.....
Now i get about 260....but's that's because....B16a Pw0 Ys1. I rev up like a 1200cc bike. and vtec is probably the most addictive 3secs per gear noise you can get.....Especially when the front end of your car lifts and then bites from shifting gears with all that power....
