Ok I came across these 2piece BBS RM's (if i'm not mistaken) for like 70$ But I dunno if its worth to buy them because they're quite beaten up. In fact I doubt that it is even possible to bring them back to life... So I really need an advice from people who know these kind of things.

I'd jump on them. I've definately seen worse. If those rashes are just on the surface they will come out.

 

You can get new outer lips from Kodiak or Schmidt. If the barrels are bent you'll have to replace them or take them to a wheel shop to be straightened.

For $70 I would jump on them. If they can be used it will be well worth it!
