I just put on dc sport header myself and now i hear a rattleing noise. It sounds like its coming from the heat shield from my cat. But a friend said it might be a leak. It just started after i put the header on. Does anyone else have/had this.

 

yeah it might be the heat shield or maybe the hanger on the exhaust pipe. check those too. there alot of reasons.. example... rusty bolts, broken hanger or the lil rubber piece for your hanger missing. make sure it sit correctly too. i know i check my everytime im doing my oil change.

Possibly... why don't you get under there and check? I'd vote for heatsheild though.
