I kno, I kno, its not full leathers, but I like the idea of something in-between regular jeans and full leathers. I did a google search and found a website for "draggin jeans". Not real expensive ($90) and good testimonials. So, anybody on here have a pair or go down in a pair?

i dont know too much about them regarding how well they hold up and how they can protect you in a crash .. but i'd assume they have to be better then regular denim jeans. Icon also makes some reinforced jeans you could look into

I wear Icon's at the drag strip. They are a lot more sturdy than regular jeans and I am not a fan of leather pants except on the road course.

I own a couple pairs of the Draggin' Jeans, they're very comfortable and I never ride in regular jeans anymore. They just seem more protective than the Icon jeans from what I read and could see.

I thought about getting em but ended up getting a full leather suit. They have kevlar lining in the impact zones (butt, hip, knee etc) which should be ok if you slide on any of those parts. That being said what about the impact of your hip/knee/butt on the ground what is that going to protect?

Padding would be nice that is why I opted for leathers. Honestly if that is all you can afford get em, they are better than shorts or jeans.
