just read a book with dyno charts showing that the b16 intake manifold was better than the itr manifold on a b16 and a b20 throughout the rpm range, with the itr manifold showing gains only from 8000rpm up. so for a street motor, it seems that the b16 manifold is hard to beat. anybody care to chime in?
yes that is true, the p30 manifold or the b16 from a del sol, makes more power under 8000 rpm. so it's either you want peak numbers w/ the itr manifold or more power under the curve.... w/ a p30
Im wondering if there are any comparos between the 1g B16 intake manifolds and the p30's? Any dyno #'s etc?? Ive always been under the impression that the 1g B16 I.M were a bottleneck. Correct me if I'm wrong.
BTW a b16 p30 manifold wont bolt up to a gsr head.

i meant a b18c-r engine. so the first gen b16 isn't a p30? what is stamped on it?
I did some searching and didnt find anything worth mentioning. Bump this up for a definite answer.
