Time to replace my Fidanza's friction surface?
how many miles do you have on your flywheel? i got almost 40k on mine, so i hope you got much more than that.. whats the reason for pulling it in the first place?

I have about 40,000ish kms on it, with 15ish track dayus and 20ish drag passes.

i am not 100% sure when the correct time is to replace them but they are relatively inexpensive - expect to pay about $85 shipped for one from experience.
Take it to a machine shop. They will use a machinist's straight edge and a lathe to see if the flywheel is out of balance. I was able to take a hair bit of material off the flywheel last time I took it off w/o replacing the friction surface...as long as they can keep the correct step size you dont need to replace.
