I don't know of anyone else making a dual underseat for the 600 other than D&D, and yes, it is too loud and sounds like cheap crap (just mine and other opinions though)

I think Moriwalk makes a dual ext one under one on the side pipe for the 600 though.

Yeah unfortunately it's true. I waited approx. 1.5-2.5 months for my blue flame high mount. Because they're made to order and plus it's made in another country.

They should have built this one for you guys as well:

Anyone try fabbing it up? Are there any blatant design challenges?

I don't know, I don't own either bike. I just like making things work.

Actually D+D doesn't make the dual tip for the 05 model yet, just the 03-04 models. I emailed them and they said they are working on one for the 05

IXIL does. Well at least they have one listed for the '03-'04. Not sure about the '05.

Moriwaki has their Zero GP (single exit undertail and small side exit) style for the CBR1000RR. For the 600RR they only list single undertail.

Devil also only lists a single undertail exhaust as well.

This is the case where you get what you pay for DEFINITELY holds true. I would skip over D&D and TBR.
