any other dual slip on?
is there any other dual slip on exhaust for a 2005 600rr besides the d and d. i really like the look of dual pipes but everyone says the d and d is to loud
Your not goign to know how loud it is until you here it.
When i bought my Jardine. I was told it is a loud pipe. Yes its loud, but not as loud as people were stating.

thats the problem i havent run into anyone who has it yet...i saw a 1000rr on the road last nite with twin pipes that wasnt that loud but i dont know if it was the d and d. does anyone have a sound clip or the name of another company that makes the dual pipe exhaust for the 600rr?
I don't know of anyone else making a dual underseat for the 600 other than D&D, and yes, it is too loud and sounds like cheap crap (just mine and other opinions though)
I think Moriwalk makes a dual ext one under one on the side pipe for the 600 though.

is it true there is a long wait for the blue flame. one company said it may take between 2 and 6 months?...i also saw that micron has a dual outlet that looks kind of like the stock exhaust does anyone know anything about that?
Yeah unfortunately it's true. I waited approx. 1.5-2.5 months for my blue flame high mount. Because they're made to order and plus it's made in another country.
They should have built this one for you guys as well:

Anyone try fabbing it up? Are there any blatant design challenges?
I don't know, I don't own either bike. I just like making things work.

IXIL does. Well at least they have one listed for the '03-'04. Not sure about the '05.
Moriwaki has their Zero GP (single exit undertail and small side exit) style for the CBR1000RR. For the 600RR they only list single undertail.
Devil also only lists a single undertail exhaust as well.
This is the case where you get what you pay for DEFINITELY holds true. I would skip over D&D and TBR.
