Default coolant/rad fan, sensor, compressor get no 12V

like the title says.

but the fuse has power. its like the whole section of wires down there are dead.

all the fuses for those accesories are good. is there another fuse that controls something like that? i had to rig up the fog light to the fadiator fan to get it to turn on and off.

thanks

Ive had my ac not work due to the fan relay building up to much voltage and not allowing the compressor clucth to engage the ac. i have an 02 si dont know if this helps at all and my car was also in a wreck to so theres what lil i can help with that maybe let me know what you find out and my fog lamps no longer work after that problem was fixed
