Looking for "Free hp mod" post

I run acrossed a long post one night about running lines from your valve cove to a catch then to the exhaust, in the post was stock honda parts number for some of the parts needs for this mod and so on. Well I forgot to bookmark the page and now I can't for the life of me find it again. Can anyone lend a helping hand and help me find it. Thank in advance.

Your right Hp is not free or cheap for that matter, but that's not the point of my post.
As for redryder thank for the tip I didn't even notice that up there, but this was like 3-4 months.

I forget the name of what you're talking about, but basically you're trying to create a vacuum in the crankcase by sucking the air out through the exhaust. Obviously you need some one way valves. They also sell electric pumps for this purpose for the big V8 drag motors.
If you don't live in a freezing climate, you can bypass the coolant to the throttle body and idle motor. On an EF you simply remove the coolant hoses and loop the line that goes to the throttle body with the line that comes from the IACV. You don't have to plug anything. On an EG or a car with a FITV, you have to plug the FITV. I removed it and made a block off plate with some paper gasket material and shorter bolts. Reset the ECU and you may have to turn the idle adjustment screw. Any car that has an FITV will now take longer to warm up to OT, but there's no loping idle if you plug the FITV.
You can adjust some things to the "high side" of spec to safely get some free power. Ignition timing and a valve adjustment come to mind.
Running a thinner good quality oil is somewhat free hp if your motor is sealed up tight.
