are you running the stock ECU?

check your fuel pressure to see if you're dumping too much fuel... but it seems kind of unlikely. how do you know you're running rich? are you sure you're running rich? what afrs are you running?

at worst you can run some kind of EMS.

try another ecu like the zc one or the 88-89 integra ecu, and also have you tried a different oxygen sensor? Do you have a gutted cat. converter?

pg6, no its a pg7 and that ecu runs good wit that motor i think it runs leaner than the pm6. check your ignition timing maybe its not timed correctly and your getting alot of raw fuel out the tail pipe

smelling like gas doesnt necessarily mean you're running rich. My car smelled like gas before I got a new catalytic converter.

Cant you usaully tell if your running to rich by looking at the ends of your sparkplugs? If there's black burn marks on the plug besides the very tip like, on the white part that's how you can tell your running to rich. Just check your fuel pressure and See if it's ok.
