Why would you need the EDFC, all it does is adjust the stiffness of the shocks from the inside the car something that would take less than 5 mins if you do it by hand.
For the Money you pay for Tein, there are shocks and springs that will perform better.

Depends on what you are doing with the car, if you are just looking for some better handling and lowering for looks and the occasionally track event/auto-x, I would suggest a good shock and lowering spring combo. If you are going to be auto-x seriously or doing lots of track events, for the price you can;t go wrong with koni and ground control.

You know its fucked up that people are now shoping for suspension parts based on doodads and bling. Instead of worrying about the spring rates and the damper quality people are now only concerned with getting an EDFC tien setup because they are the best because they have the EDFC. Where is the reasoning here? But i guess if it was in a magazine and its JDM then it has to be good.
well, the edfc would be a handy dandy little gadget to have.
I wouldnt mind being able to change the damping on my shocks based on where i'm driving and how i'm driving, without having to pull over.
and tein DOES make good products.
but they ARE over priced.
so if you're shitting money out ur ears, then go for it, you'll have some good stuff.
otherwise figure out what you NEED as opposed to what would be COOL

compatible with the SS-P (pillowball mount).
still not worth it though.

now that you mention it....I adjust my shocks at least 2 times a week! On monday I set it up for a smoother ride (softer setting) for my commute on friday i set it to a harder setting for the leisurely weekend driving I do. Then on monday I readjust it back down to a soft setting for the crappy roadways here in so cal. But thats just me.

Whats truley fucked up is that tien is raking in cash selling people with double wishbone suspensions god damn Pillow ball mounts. I bet you ******* with that tien crap were upset when you found out they dont make camber/caster plates for your car, you were like damn yo them would look hot with my JDM strut bar. Read up the diff between a shock and a strut.
Listen if their was some great **** for your car then koni/GC wold sell it, if they aint got it, you dont need it. Unless you looking for some 3 or 4 way adjustable shocks with remote resiviors, In that case just call bar honda their season is fucked and they might sell you theirs for a few grand each.
