b16 swap complete, CEL problems

b16 swap complete, CEL problems
okay
i have a 97 honda civic EX, and i put in a 92 b16a
the ECU the company shipped me was a 91 :-\
so i have an obd2 wire harness - at motor, clips were soldered and shrink wrapped... at ECU i used a jumper harness...
the car runs like a champ, but the cel wont turn off, i found a smal vac leak on the fuel preassure reg, i changed that hose... the CEl turned off, but it turns on when ever it pleases... its kinda irritating, i tried jumpping it, no deals, it doesnt flash, the obd2 plug doesnt work with a obd2 reader LOL
im out of ideas on finding this code
any ideas ? help is really appreciated
