Default How to adjust tps sensor?

I recently saw atopic on this but i went to search and it is down. My friend recently purchased a jdm b16 but it came with a broken tps sensor so we have a new one but i remember reading that it is supposed to be a certain number of amps on wot and closed throttle can anyone explain how to do this?

0.49 volts throttle closed. 4.5 volts @ WOT.
