Default b16 or ls/vtec

I am about to do a mild motor build but i'm tryin to decide on which block. right now i have a complete b16 bone stock. I was wondering if i should put in some b16b pistons and do some head work or go with a ls/vtec setup with pr3 pistons. which will make more power and be more reliable?

Both motors will be just as reliable if you build it right. My LS vtec has been running for 8 months no problems. LS vtec will get you more torque than a b16 would.

i like the b16 with b16b pistons, gives you that sleeper look and you can rev it to the moon still. ls/vtec does have more torque but i like the b16 setup.
