Default Pocket bike help....?

i just picked up a pocketbike, it was stolen and recovered then auctioned off the i bought it from the guy that got it from the auction. so anyways the wire harness has been fiddled with a little bit, and the pull starter is gone... what i was wondering is if anyone knows what type of batteries pocket bikes have, and how i can just jump start the bike, there no on and off switch by the way, that i can find... i have pix but only wanna send em to ppl thru AIM, and i would liek it if ppl could leave their AIM sn if they have one cuz it would be easier to talk to them. thnx for any help. If you guys need any more info just ask.

Perhaps you didn't see the sign that said "Motorcycles" and not "Weed Whackers with a Seat"?

http://www.sportbikes.ws has a pocketbike specific forum.

to the best of my knowledge, pocketbikes are pull-start only. not much room for a battery on those little buggers. unless you got one of the bigger 110cc bikes....

seriously though. get a real motorcycle.

I'm not sure if they are all the same...but a friend of mine has a pocket bike that wouldn't start so we just pulled off the gas tank and found the coil for the starter and jumped it from a car ( just ground it to the frame / exhaust of the bike)
its a little ghetto..but it works
