what kind of power can be had in a non vtech eg by adding a turbo. what turbos are available. Is this very cost effective? reliable? performance? Would a motor swap be for the money. Thanks Im new to hondas

 

i think it would be worth it to swap the motor out for at LEAST a sohc zc or sohc vtec either a d15b,d16z6, or d16y8. edelbrock makes a soch turbo kit as well as greddy. but it would be cheaper i think and more fullfiling to make your own home made turbo kit... if you swap your motor and run a dsm turbo and all that stuff it can easily put down 200+ hp check out these websites

Before you get flamed...

First, vtech is a phone, IT's VTEC

Secondly, I see that you said eg, you are in the wrong forum.

Thirdly, Welcome to hondas, I would definately swap the motor before you do anything, I would suggest a b18b, then turbo that. 300whp on stock block
