What concerns me is that it didn't work correctly from the day you had it installed. Who ever suggested the clutch Master/slave bleed was correct in going there first, but since the condition has sinse worsened, I suspect either you're loosing travel in the clutch release system (clutch Master/slave), or the pressure plate may be at fault.
You should feel definite resistence from the very start from pushing the Clutch release pedal. If you don't, you've got either air in the system (again) or one of the components may be leaking internally.
The pressure plate fails primarily when the circular diaphram spring deforms or looses temper and doesn't allow the clutch to fully release.
Number #5 in the supplied illustration

Not uncommon on aftermarket (replacement) clutch kits.

Recheck the release mechanism first.
