Default NEED HELP!!! h22 in eg hatch

i have a h22a4 with i/h/e and a chipped p28 ecu in my 92 civic cx hatchback. the car runs extremely rich. like you can see massive amounts of black smoke coming out of the exhaust. the car idles between 500 and 400 rpms and the idle is really rough. if i try to drive the car it shuts off. i just want the car to run right and i don't really know what to do to fix it. if hondata or something will fix it let me know cause i really don't know much about those programs either. any help will be greatly appreciated cause i'm ready to get this car on the road.

Just my own thought but try a non chipped ecu from a buddy. You really dont know what programs everyone is selling as your "chipped"ecu. If that doesnt work check back for more info.

the only way to do it right...is to go stad alone and put her on the dyno.

i have a hondata stage 4b and the p28 already socketed for hondata.all you
have to do is plug and tune.
