Default cam gear adjustment HELP!!!!

Fully built head, Skunk 2 Stage 2 Cams, Valve springs/retainers, type r valves, type r fully ported head/manifold. and i know its lame but a stock b16 bottom end what would be the recommended adjustment for exhaust and intake cam gears. i have it at +2 intake and 0 exhaust. i need help. please

Buy a degree wheel and install them according to the timing card Skunk gave you when you purchased the cams.
