New style Omni LCA's & ITR sway bar
Just picked up a set of the new style Omni LCA's.... probably going to install it this or the next weekend with an ITR rear sway bar on my DC4.
What should I watch out for? ...I did a search and found a few things but the one that most concerns me is that the sway bar end links may end up mounting crooked...
Anybody have issues or pointers before the installation.... BTW, the lca bolts shouldn't be seized yet, i just did my koni install about 2 months ago...

For best results, you should use the 99-00 Si rear end links and the metal bushing/spacer from A-Spec racing to adapt them to the ITR bar.
Also, you should be worried about Sub-Frame tear out with that larger Bar. The ITR has a reinforced sub frame to handle the stiffer bar, but other civics & tegs don't. Personally, I would run the whole http://www.A-spec-racing.com reinforcment kit (ITR 22mm bar is an option)...

The ASR bar has a few advantages over the comptech version:
-better ground clearance
-cheaper than comptech bar
-uses quality OEM bar & end-links (for 22mm option)
-can always be upgraded to 32mm hollow bar for racing
Only disadvantage is that it isn't adjustable. But if don't Road Race or Auto-cross, you will never use that anyways. And if you have Koni Sport shocks, you will never need it since you can just program oversteer with the rebound adjustment...

No, you will need the EG kit...
Just inform them that you have a DC thats using Omni rear LCAs. Ask them to included the EK end-links & spacers. I'm sure they would ablige...

The A Spec one is mult-piece, where the Comptech is one solid piece of CNC aluminum. I think the price on the bar is about the same, since you can call up Comptech and just get the brace. They have a hidden part # for it and retail price is like $195.

I got the A-spec metal bushings after i ran into problems. I got the Omni coilovers and LCA's and tried to hook up my itr swaybar. no way, no how. Got the bushings and had to buy 00 SI rear swaybar endlinks.. then it all worked out nice nice
