Default Transmission decides to take a crap?

So i'm out in the boonies tonight at a double kegger at this gigantic field party next to a lake, being the designated driver tonight, its about a 30 minute drive through these country roads and we leave, but one phone call leads to another and the girls want us back. I pull a U-Turn, start heading back, go to shift to fourth, and my clutch suddenly feels like its like leg pressing 300 lbs, once I got the clutch down, it wouldn't go into gear, so I was like wtf.

I stopped the car, turned it off, it wen't into gear while off, then I cranked it and it started up but started acting real funny just started driving by itself with the clutch fully engaged. At every stop sign and traffic light I had to do this, about 15-20 times until I reached my driveway.

So I guess any ideas what this could be? I had my master and slave clutch cylinders both replaced last year, but even that didn't feel like the problem. Towards the end of driving it tonight it started making this awful grinding, metallic like noise. I'm going to have it checked out tomorrow or the next day, whenever I can get it into the shop. But if I need to replace my transmission, anyone know where I can buy a transmission online, i'd prefer something with an LSD, Type-S Tranny, Euro-R tranny, but i'd settle for a semi-used USDM H22A4 transmission, sorry not familiar with the transmission codes. Thanks ahead of time for your help!

sounds like the clutch/pressure plate. Hopefully there was no dammage to the transmission. btw, I've got a couple trannies for sale. Good luck.
