does anyone know how to turn off the maintance light on an 01 s2k or do I have to take it to the dealership?

- Have key inserted in ignition but in the OFF position.
- Push and hold the trip reset button on the right bottom corner of your gauge clutster.
- Turn key to full ON position and continue holding the button till the light goes off.

 

and make sure your car is set to MPH when your done

 

Unless you're mad JDM and drive in km/h.

Why would I want to set it to MPH in Australia?

i can guess it now...i did the KMPH for a few days for a laugh...

i don't look at my speedometer, just the tach. sad when you have the rpm's and mph's memorized

 

I do it too. Its almost like insurance against a money shift.
