Default Buying alarm online

Ok to make a long story short, me and my dad are gonna install an alarm into my hatch. So naturally i go looking for good deals online since local shops won't allow me to buy a product and install it myself.

I found what looks like a good deal, i've never delt with the company so i don't know how their service is and what not but they seem to have some good ratings.

It's a great deal as far as price, i just don't know if i should order it from them...you know?

If i shouldn't go with that website does anyone else know of any that sell any DEI alarms? Or should i just get a Crime guard 745i4 with an LCD remote off of crutchfield?

Am i heading in the right direction as far as alarms go? Or am i far off?

Any recomendations on other alarms would be helpful, and i don't need remote start, so ya.

Thanks

It's a Python, another name for Viper, it is a DEI alarm, [alarm/remote start] and yes it looks like a good price.

But I could not find out if it was a new or "referbed" unit, or what the warranty was on it, all DEI alarms/remote starts have a lifetime warranty on the "brain" and 1 year on the remote.

Before I get anything "on-line" I would want to know what the warranty is, what does it cover, who pays shipping, how long is the warranty, and what does it cover. 94
