Really dumb question about BOV
hehe i dunno,im trying to find out ause right after i got my clutch installed it used to be a nice PSSHHHH! now it flutters all the time.Trying to figure out why?
BUMP!
BUMP!
What kind of BOV? Tighter releases pressure much quicker with a more high-pitched tone. Loosening the bolt would have a less high-pitched sound. As you described PSHHH

if it's fluttering the vacuum source for the BOV is probably disconnected - make sure the vacuum line is securely connected at both ends and it's not leaking.
adjust the screw on the top until no air is escaping from the BOV at idle. too tight and it won't open fully, too loose and you'll have a boost leak through the BOV.
