Default Diamond Racing wheels...

Just trying to get everyones thoughts and input on Diamond Racing wheels... Ive been contemplating buying a set of 13x8's for my car, but I want to know how good they are... From what Ive seen, they should be pretty good, and the pricing is phenomenal, which is great for someone on a budget like me...

Thanks in advance

Heavy is not neccesarily a bad thing... That usually means they are pretty durable, which is good since I will be using them on the street as well... I plan on a 13x8 with a 4" offset with 24.5x8.5 M&H rubbers...

Any advice??? Am I heading in the right direction???

i run 13x7 diamond racing wheels.. true, a bit on the heavy side, but you simply cannot beat them for pricing, and they are good quality wheels.

I heard they were pretty good too. Im contemplating the 15" to clear the brakes.
I would really like some lensos though.

Search the domestic car forums, prolly something there on them...

If I remember correctly, you need to let them know that they will be street driven as well. They are not streetable straight from the assembly line.

I asked a similar question in this forum. For the prices they cannot be beat...but the weight concerns me. I am currently looking at Circle Racing wheels as an alternative to Diamond...they are a few pounds lighter, but cost just a few bucks more. Hope this helps.

So the general consensus on the Diamonds, is that they are good wheels, just a bit on the heavy side??? Sounds good to me... I dont mind a couple extra pounds here and there... I wont be that picky about weight until I make it into the 10's

Im not really talking about on a daily basis, just maybe once a month... Whenever a good opportunity comes up that I feel it would be neccesary

Damn dude. I am so in love with those wheels, and if I had the cheese I would definitely take them off your hands... Just times are tough right now so Im on a tight budget. However, if you are still down for what we discussed before, I may be able to take those Hoosiers off your hands in a couple weeks
