I was wondering which turbo would be appropriate for what i'm looking to achieve in my future setup.

I have an H22A which i plan to resleeve the block, i would like some decent power...something around 270-320HP and i would like boost to start around 3000-3500RPMs, is it possible to give me a rough idea at a turbo that would suit this idea? i'd like to go with something GT ball bearing.
