i have a b16b with 12:5.1 Comps, Arias forged pistons and fuell head work (Skunk2 Stage 2 Cams, Skunk2 Ret/Springs, Aem Adj Sprokets, Ferrea Valves, P&P Etc) Last dyno tuned 180 Whp / 130 Trq.

i wanted to know if upgrading my injectors from the 290 to 310, could help my high end power.

Post a dyno chart with AF readings.....

upgrading your injectors might not be necessary.... do you know what your duty cycle is or your current AFRs are?

 

I guess i found my answer in the rc injectors website. They have a equation to calculate what type of injector you need for your engine horsepower

(Horsepower X B.S.F.C) / (Duty Cycle X .80) = X.X Lbs/Hr
(190 x .50) / 3.2 = 29.69Lbs/Hr

Since injectors are measure in CC you must change the Lbs/Hr to CC with this Eq.
X.X Lbs/Hr / 10.50 = X cc

29.69 X 10.50 = 311.745 cc/min

 

I wanna know how you got 12.5 compression out of your motor.....did you cut the head?

yes the head was cut 20mm plus am using flat ferreas valves that helps to push up the compression.

 

This setup is in a 1992 Civic Si Hatch..

 

I think you should be pushing more power out of that thing with the mods you have done...
If your injectors are just barely too small for your intended HP, you can always raise the pressure a bit.
But then again bigger injectors will give you room to grow!
