People with test pipes, what do u do about emissions?

i was just wondering what u people with test pipes do about emisions every year...how do u pass?

Either they put the cat back on or they don't have emissions checks.

Seriously how hard a question was that to answer.

Though, I hear jet fuel burns pretty cleanly as long as you completely fill up the tank!

or u run denaturated alcohol with 1/4 tank of gas and pass with flying colors
