anyone have an estimate on what a complete,mint,b16a obd1 block goes for?im looking to sell mine

 

Longblock or shortblock?

I use shortblocks as paperweights and door stops... I've picked up some decent cash for them at scrap metal yards.... LS/VTEC leaves me with a buttload of B16 blocks/LS heads, damn customers leaving their garbage behind!

 

short block.im not gonna use it as a paper weight and im not scrapping it, its a perfect block.i dont have that kind of money i can just do that so lets be realistic

 

if its in great condition i would say maybe 200

if it's complete pan to deck and mint you MIGHT see $250ish

 

exactly maybe 250 at most

 

Last one I sold was for 250.

 

Since it was from an OBD1 car (meaning higher mileage) than say a B16a2 (99-00) I would say around $200 tops.
