I'm about to buy my first car, and i've decided on a late 90's civic (95-98) what are some must-have mods that i should get? I've only got $1000 for mods. I was thinking cat-back exhaust, but i don't know how much that costs, and i probably wouldn't be able to do anything else...ideas?
