This is a special block as it was assembled by the master himself Dan Benson. This package is for someone who has the $$$ but cannot wait to have any down time. These are all brand new unused parts. I had this b18b ls block sleeved with Benson's new thicker sleeves to 83mm and step deck per his recommendation due to larger sealing footprint. Original block itself was practically new as it only had 30k on it. This block does not have the cnc'd Benson logo and was built by him right when he bought his cnc machine. I know since I was the first to post pics of his awesome machine. He was still waiting to get trained by the vender who sold him the cnc machine. Crank was balanced and polished by him.
It was assembled with components by his recommendation.
Manley Turbo Tuff Rods

Forged from 4340 aircraft quality vacuum degassed material
Manufactured in our own CNC machining centers
Shot peened after machining and 100% magnafluxed
Cap fasteners are 3/8" ARP 2000 cap screws
Specifically designed to handle high horsepower applications
when using turbos and / or nitrous.
83mm CP Pistons 9:1, ACL bearings, and
AEBS main studs

Innovative AEBS dimple head and main stud fasteners utilize stress neutralizer ends, which are used on IRL, F1 racing engines. The dimple design preloads all the threads of the stud on all the threads on the block. The dimple bottoms out first rather than bottoming out the thread of the stud. Our studs are also 5 percent bigger than the competition. This translates into a precise torque spec on head and main studs. Ultimately it provides better holding of the cylinder head to the block and of the main caps to the block!.
I also have a harmonic fluidampr pulley I purchased from arturbo in which I also have the power steering pump pulley that works with this.
$3000 for fully assembled Benson Block with Fluidyne harmonic pulley, other parts available below:

5. Aebs head studs $110.00
These new parts add up to $436.05, add $300 with purchase of block.
