IF my tps sensor goes bad, can I use my vafc2 to compensate the change?
If my tps sensor goes bad, in which checking the voltage on closed/open throttle and is reading 5v on both. I think if tps sensor is bad, i can take it off and run without it but lose some power? Can my vafc2 compensate the loss of power?

I think you are reading supply voltage from the harness. You need to be reading resistance from closed to open throttle and looking for dead spots.
