How much more actual power to you get from vtec over a notec? I saw somewhere on a chart, it only showed like 4 more hp? I was wondering how much more you actually get.

depends. its basically giving you the best of both worlds:
a low cam profile, for low end torque
and a high cam profile, for high RPM breathing power


the power gained depends on countless varibles. but it does definantally add power.
